"A great place to stay for a concert at the Apollo. Dinner and drinks on the Thames and the venue all within walking distance and also walking distance to station.
It was hot while we were staying and no air con(which is fine from an eco perspective). We were able to open the windows but this meant a very noisy night sleep.
Otherwise everything that you needed for an overnight stay and the communication and checking in process was really straightforward."

"This is a charming hotel not far from the V and A Museum. Our room was well appointed and the staff was very helpful. We arrived earlier than check-in time but they put our luggage in a storage area so we could explore until the room was ready. "
"I spent 4 nights with my doughter in a renovated room, we enjoyed every second of our stay. Room service was super and the staff so welcoming and warm, fare price and great coffee at desk as well as in the room...
Will definitely come again, highly recommend. Although in the process of renovating the whole hotel. Surprisingly our stay wasnt effected by it.."
"No issues whatsoever. Had some really nice free cookies from reception. Can't complain about that! Lovely clean room with all amenities. Solid 9/10. "
