"Muy pequeño el Espacio del desayuno se hace demasiada fila estuvo muy colapsado a la hora del desayuno cuando llegamos de tanta gente tuvimos que esperar no había platos cubiertos y en ese espacio para retirar la Comida que casi ya no había todo el mundo estaba alli 🙄"

"This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate."

"Rebecca was very unhelpful after a very long night of travel. We called multiple times in advance to let them know of our early morning arrival time, and did book the night before knowing that the room may not be available upon our arrival in the next morning. She refused to listen or read the pass on notes from the other VERY helpful staff. So much so that she threatened to make us wait until “705” claiming that the system wasn’t ready until 7am for check in… which is a lie in itself. She then...

"This hotel was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach, lots of restaurants nearby and very hospitable. I would absolutely stay here again without any hesitation. Our goal was to relax and we exceeded that goal. The rooftop pool and bar/ lounge was spacious and chic."
