"Elevator not working, had to walk up to 2nd fl, Air Conditioner not working, maintenance guy came tried to fix and tells me its getting cold, which was not true, front desk calls the room and told me he will give me a different rom, so we walk down get the new key and he gave us a room that was already occupied, so we had to go back down and get another jey for a different room, how does a front desk worker not know a room is occupied, this reservation was very frustrating."

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. "Upon arrival, told we’d been “upgraded” to the West House next door. Sounded exciting with promises of included breakfast and happy hour. We ended up in a room with no bathroom counter and no air conditioning. Should’ve been a sign when there was a stand alone fan in our room. The room didn’t go below 75 once.
The front desk staff was wonderful, their only saving grace."

"Room view was 26th floor, of backside of another bldg, asked for early check in, never called n I'll check bill as we were told there was early check in fee. Roof top was hit n miss, they closed before midnite and turned away, a nite a few days later n the servers n bartenders were terrific. Sessions was good, happy hour they r trying to pawn off their beer from october(pumpkin ale seasonal), they did have an option, food was ok."

"We used this hotel as our home base for our Spring Break trip to the East Coast. It was an excellent and surprisingly affordable spot to use as our home base. The location- a block from the Empire State Building, 2 blocks from MSG/Penn Station, & 3 blocks from Times Square, couldn’t be beat.
The room was nice & the cleaning staff were very helpful and accommodating. Also, my wife is Korean and kids are 1/2 Korean, so being two blocks from Koreatown was comforting and an easy fix when we needed...
