"The entrance of the hotel is not on the ground floor, but before arrival, you will receive a detailed instruction about it. it is very useful. The room is clean, and very spacious. The hotel staff is very professional and friendly. The only compliant we have is about the restaurant in the hotel, which is called hopewell inn, it was very expensive and the food does not taste good at all, even with 15% discount, it was still not worth it. "Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "

"The location is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. It’s very convenient if you hope to do bar hopping or coffee shop hopping in Sheung Wan or Central. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, spacious (so rare in HK!), quiet. Will come back again next time!"
