Truly caring and went above and beyond a boat tour that was mishandled by tour agency. It had nothing to do with them but we asked their help and they fixed it. Eternally grateful "

"I booked a room at Flamingo Ceria After arriving they informed me that they moved me to Flamingo Avia, a sister property. The bed was decent, the shower was tiny, but small. The AC worked. The restaurant up top had a limited menu, but it was tasty."
