"had a wonderful stay at puri sari. the villa was beautiful and clean, the grounds were lovely, and the staff was friendly. amenities basic but perfectly adequate. breakfast was included, the nasi goreng was delicious. it's a little bit tucked away but perfect for a retreat, there's a little private stretch of beachfront to relax in too. would recommend! "We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's still a short drive or Grab ride into town and they offered pick up and drop off to the property included. The villa itself is beautiful. "Fantastic stay at the Zasgo Hotel. Enjoyed 2 nights in a comfortable clean room with a delicious breakfast and wonderful pool. Hotel arranged airport transfer and the driver was waiting upon our arrival. Check in and check-out was smooth and all staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent. Very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. I would highly recommend staying at the Zasgo Hotel "

We booked a double room with a king bed but they only had twin rooms available, they tried moving us to different rooms but the condotion of them was very poor. The aircon wasn't working well, the water pressure was non existent and if 1 person used the toilet wr had to wait a long time for there to be enough water to have a shower. It was impossible for 2 people to shower after each other as there wasn't...

"This is an amazing private resort. Location is amazing, staff so friendly and helpful. We had a great day trip to Komodo, to see the Komodo dragons and also swim with manta rays and turtles. Amazing snorkelling right by the resort at the jetty as well. "

"Mooie, fijne huisjes gelegen op een groen terrein. Het zwembad is in uitstekende staat en de tuin wordt prachtig bijgehouden. Deze plek is vooral fijn door het uiterst behulpzame personeel, wat bij elke vraag meedenkt en je van alle gemakken probeert te voorzien. Ze helpen met het regelen van eten, de was en staan zelfs voor je klaar als je een dokter nodig hebt (een van onze reizigers had koorts gekregen voor aankomst). Wij hebben zeer genoten van deze fijne oase en raden het iedereen aan. "
