"The hotel amenities, rooms, and staff were all excellent. The resort is beautifully positioned, offering a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of the village, yet still less than a 10-minute drive away. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the bar on the pier — an amazing spot to relax, especially in the evening. A truly beautiful resort — I would highly recommend it."

"A brand new IHG hotel here in Labuan Bajo. I've never stayed at any hotel in the IHG group where the service has been this good. The standard of service here by all members of staff from all departments has been only 5 stars. I'm embarrassed to single out any staff member"

"I have traveled extensively.
I am a Canadian who has been living and traveling in Asia for 3 years now.
Yes there are some amazing properties, but this one really stands out in comparison to others in the same price range. The food was fantastic, the staff (all of them) were exceptional. The spa was gorgeous, and the ease with which the front desk staff dealt with reservations for us in town, transportation and information was fantastic.

"This is an amazing private resort. Location is amazing, staff so friendly and helpful. We had a great day trip to Komodo, to see the Komodo dragons and also swim with manta rays and turtles. Amazing snorkelling right by the resort at the jetty as well. "
