Owner and staff try very hard to be accommodating by providing rides to and from town plus to the airport. Internet access was very good. Basic amenities. Would have been nice to have a pool."

"It’s natures palace but it’s so sad as the coral is dead and the ocean full of plastics from the Philippine government dumping all of Canada’s recycling and likely all countries into ocean. They need to have someone picking up trash from beach all day. The damage has been done. The sea animals dead. "

"The pool is great, the food is first class, rooms clean and mine had a great view. Bathrooms spacious and functional. Only issue was they were out of almost all spirits the whole time we were there. Even the special cocktail of the day, no one knew how to make. I also ordered a whiskey sour (off the drinks menu) and got a shot of Jack Daniels. It's not a big deal, it was still a wonderful stay, just need to address that minor point. "

"This property is in a really great location. Its within walking distance of really everything you need (tour bookings, shopping, restaurants, atms etc). The restaurant at the hotel was one of our favorites in town. Our only complaint was how noisy this hotel is lol and were not usually one's to care. If you can get past that, it's a great stay. "

"Beware, double the price when booking through Expedia and they didn’t have our booking info when we arrived. No sink in bathroom , shower didn’t work, bumgun didn’t work and there was no toilet paper provided. Staff was apathetic and very unhelpful. There is a mosque right beside the hotel that blast morning prayers over the PA at 4:30am every morning. Wifi is spotty in the room. The location is great and bed is comfortable enough so it served its purpose for a couple nights stay centered around...
