This hotel has BED BUGS and they refused to take responsibility over it. We reported to the front desk a video of a bed bug walking on the bed board, we captured one, and several pictures of our bodies being bitten and they refused any responsability over it. This caused immense discomfort but also raised serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness standards at the hotel. I DO NOT recommend this property

Very nice and clean place. Very friendly staff and helpful. It's just a bit far from Myeongdong, around 15-20 mins walk but the underground shopping centers make it easy to get there.

We had a suite on the 12th floor, two double beds and it was extremely spacious. I took a star off as there were only two easy chairs, so the bed had to be used to sit on. There was so much room it could easily have a sofa. There was no milk or tea bags provided, but this was the case in the hotel we stayed at in Incheon earlier in our trip. Lots of places of interest, places to eat and subway station just a stroll away.

The hotel is definitely in a good spot. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. The room is very basic though. They had a kettle with 2 Coffee satchel but no Tea bags,No plate or utensils.

Nice and convenient hotel
The staffs are friendly and helpful. There is washing machine n dryer as well as microwave in the hotel for geneal usage at L12. The hotel location is near to train station as well as night life drinking however cant really hear the noise in the room. The only setback is the nearest train station exit does not have lift or escalators.

Pleasant and comfortable stay
Easy walk from the city hall station. In the midst of all the eatery, BBQ, noodles, puffer fish specialities, small eats etc. Very convenient to stay. Great place for foood! Rooms were comfortable. Free water, coffee and tea. Reception staff were very helpful. Helped to booked taxis using personal phone for us. Will be happy to stay again.

Better than expected! You won't be disappointed!
Was concerned about the booking initially as it was our first time in Seoul and not sure if the location was ideal. The concerns were erased when we arrived. Reception was friendly and fast. Room was better than I expected. It was adequate for our needs and the room amenities were also better than expected considering the space limitation in Seoul. Location was also great for visiting all the tourist area, food streets and local markets as the bus stops were all nearby. There were at least 2 7-Elevens nearby. There were also restaurants nearby and pop up food stall (at night) if you choose not to venture away from the hotel. All in all, a very good experience. Wife was happy. Happy wife, happy life. Look forward to staying again when we return.

Property was clean and modern. It all the facilities you need for a long stay, such as microwave and self laundry in common area. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the palaces, shops and lots of restaurants at your door step. City Hall metro is literally a stone throw away and is a major station so can travel to other attractions around Seoul from there. We would definitely stay here again.

For the price it’s insanely clean. Line 4 and 2 walking distance. Airport shuttle also nearby. Cleaner everyday. Baggage storage service which is free was a life saver when we went to japan mid trip. From ICN take airport express to seoul station. Then line 4 to city hall and youre here. Everything you want to visit within about max 35 40 min train ride which is great!

Location was in the center of seoul. Very convenient to visit tour areas. Plenty of eateries around hotel. Money exchange machine was in the lobby like a soda machine, very convenient.

The manual said it has a humidifier, but they don't. The first day even I put "clean the room" and they didn't because of "covid 19 situation" which doesn't make sense. cause of this I give it 3. otherwise it was fine stay, kinda clean, nice location and good price.

Good location, practical.
Good location in city hall and convenient for transportation options and restaurants and convenience shops. Lower floor rooms have little light though. However rooms are comfortable and good facilities. I had to change room due office noise in floor 12 but it was made easy by the staff Ans the check in was smooth and friendly staff

Hotel looks new and modern, however upon further inspection, there were stains on the bed sheets and pillow. No toothbrush were provided, they did not refill coffee and tea, and when we first checked in, no bottled water was provided

Superb front desk service. Very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that cleaning service had a bit of a hiccup on one occasion. Other than that, great value hotel in a excellent location

Air-conditioning in room is good. Pillow and bed are good and comfortable. Some towel are not so clean, sometimes find some dirts aspectially the large towel. The wallpaper found torn out in some area.

convenience! you can take 6701 airport shuttle bus to Plaza Hotel & walk 5-8 mins to Hotel Thomas. And also just walk 4 mins to no.7 entrance - City Hall station. or 10 mins to Lotte Young MyeongDong. I feel good!

Good hotel but just one problem.
Almost everything was good. Room is spacious and comfy. Location is good. Service of staff were friendly and effective. However, the water pressure for the shower was weak.
