Pool gave me green hair , safes didn't work in one room and no instructions in the other no staff able to communicate properly how they work. Location was great and staff very friendly and as helpful as they could be. Very dated and outdoor kitchen no cleaning cloth or soap provided.

This property is very nice as my wife and I stay for 6 nights. During our stay we got breakfast cooked at the private Villa every morning which made us feel very special during our stay, while the Villa has two rooms we stay in one room Villa and the second room was locked. Every day we had the staff clean the room and the pool which it was nice to come back too after a day out and relax in our own private pool. There are plenty of shopping and restaurants near by to visit which is great during our stay. The property doesn’t have a restaurant which it didn’t really bother us but it would of help in some nights if you just wanted to stay in for the day. Also the Villa is starting to look is age as it could do with a little make up but also it didn’t really bother us as we spent most of the days out which as mentioned before it was a nice to come back too, my wife and I would stay back there again and recommend for everyone to give it a go.

The property was fairly run down. The handles were coming off the doors, the door pane was half off, the water pressure for the shower was really bad, the shower leaked through the bathroom leaving the floor slippery and anything on it wet (had to use my bath towel to mop it up). The location was really noisy, all you hear are reving of scooters and beeping. Lighting in the rooms were really poor. I had to use my phone torch to see.

The Staff at The Haere were wonderful. Very friendly, willing to assist with bookings or anything really. The bathrooms could do with an upgrade but overall a really lovely place to stay. Close enough to the restaurants and shops but far enough away so the noise wasn't too noticeable.

This properly is not luxury or contemporary as they claim. The pool is fine and it’s generally clean but the towels are permanently stained, pool towels faded, bathroom is old and outdated, the breakfast is horrible and not worth eating especially when there are so many great food places here, the beds are hard as rock and made our bodies hurt- not relaxing at all which is not what and there’s is loud street noise all hours of the night. Staff are unable to unable to help with anything. The night before our flight they asked if we needed a airport transfer an when I said yes they said it is too late notice to organise it —- why ask?!? When we raised our issues they looked at us like we were aliens until we left. Location is ok, about 12 mins to good eating places or to Seminyak village.

We had a comfortable stay here, the staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful, any issues were addressed promptly. There was a problem with our pool and we got upgraded to a sister property at no additional charge, we were looked after very well and had a great stay!

Helt greit.Vi hadde 2 sov 2 bad Villa. Bassenget og uteområdet var fint. Badene var triste og litt 80 talls, håndklene var sikkert 10-15 år gamle - hvite var blitt til grå. Føltes ikke bra....Endel banan fluer og mygg, Gode kanaler på TV, men i meget lav kvalitet/oppløsning, alla pirat kopi kvalitet. Tungvindt med at rommene ikke henger sammen, man må ut. Det endte med at alle i familen sov på ett rom de første nettene.Endel støy fra byen høres. Mye fugler, ekorn, frosk og firfirsler som bråker veldig om natten på taket. Så det var flere fugle reder i takoverbygget, som de burde fjernet. Frokost systemet var koselig, med at de kom å lagde maten på det tidspunktet du ønsket. Dette ble avtalt dagen før. Litt surr var det hver dag i forhold til det som var bestilt. Vi reagerte på at i løpet av de 7 dagene vi var der, kom det 2 nye som kokkelerte. Slik at det ble litt bingo, egentlig bare små ting som feks som at de druknet pannekene den ene dagen i sjokolade, så neste dag i syrup osv. Pianaple juice ble til orange juice osv. Vi var tre som bodde her og de var veldig vanskelige med at man ikke kunne få en panne kake og ett stekt snudd egg hver dag. Man måtte velge enten egget eller pannekake .Men, koselig var det! Airconditonene står å blåser rett på senga noe som burde vært lagt til for å slippe å bli forkjølet. Restauranten som er der så vi aldri noen i, og vi følte heller ikke for å prøve den ut. I sum tenker vi en god tre’er....

Great villa and staff

Stayed here for a week and was blown away.. great villa, clean, big pool, great a/c but most importantly after being out exploring all day, the staff made you really pleased to be back.. very friendly without being intrusive and so genuine. Definitely recommend.

ヌサドゥアから移って、こちらで5日間宿泊しました。少し歩くと、飲食店や両替所、ショッピングモールもあり、環境はとても良いです。 プールも良かったです。 ただ、予想通り、この辺りの海は綺麗ではありません。 こちらのホテル自体は綺麗でしたが、夜中まで近くの道を通る人の騒音が響き、うるさかったです。 あと、なぜかベッドのシーツに、鳥のフンが毎日ありました。 部屋とベッドが2つあるので、交互に寝ました。。 総合的には良かったです。

清潔なヴィラで虫も少なく快適でした

大晦日からの滞在でプールヴィラに泊まりました。あちこちで鉄砲のような音の打ち上げ花火が夜通し打ち上げられ、まぁこれも新年のみのイベントということで。基本的には静かで清潔なヴィラでした。虫が多いのかと警戒して行きましたが蚊も驚くほど少なくて夜でも外のソファで音楽をかけて寛ぎました。コーヒーの産地インドネシア故に期待していた分、朝食のコーヒーがネスカフェのインスタントだったのは非常に残念で、それ以降コーヒーは不要と伝えました。朝食メニューはナシゴレンにミーゴレンを楽しみました。アメリカンやパンケーキなどもあり不自由なく。周辺のヴィラも同じでしょうが、ホテル周りの道が細く不衛生で、ゴミを漁る人の姿まで。但しこの点さえ我慢すればオベロイ通りにすぐ出られるのでカフェ、バー、スーパー、ショッピングには便利な場所でした。

The villa was lovely. The swimming pool wonderful. breakfast was perfect. there was a Chinese restaurant called happy chappy right in front of us which was amaaazing. Sary at the front desk was always so cheerful and helpful. The rooms were great. we had the 2 bedroom villa. Perfect. The location was a 3 minute road away from all the restaurants. The beach is further down. maybe 10/15 minutes walk. but being at the villa was worth it, spent most of the mornings there swimming and tanning because it was so comfortable.

this is not five star villa

when we arrived the front office woman weren't so welcome.. when we enter the villa, there's so many water on the floor its because the leakage from the lamp hole on ceiling, it was very slippery.. the breakfast wasn't so good.. the villa was a bit old decoration..and the worst was in our second bedroom there was a gecko on the roof, the gecko very noisy we can't sleep because of that and the gecko was defecate on the bed.. my stay was very unpleasant in this villa. the price of this villa doesn't match the services and conditions.

Great location, take ear plugs for noise control

Great location to Seminyak Square and Eat Street. Walking distance to beach and to Petitenget shops, bars and restaurants. Honeymoon Pool Villa is very noisy with sounds of local traffic - bikes and cars - both day and night and definitely recommend ear plugs. Could be difficult to completely relax at times. There was a construction site nearby however, this didn't contribute to the noise levels during our stay as it wasn't operational. The towels had seen better days in that they didn't look very clean. Breakfasts were cooked for you in the villa and were very filling. Villa was pleasing and the staff were very attentive to our requests.

Pleasant Stay

Our stay was good except for the construction going on till late in the night. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They even provided us with an unused villa where we could shower, change and do our final packing before leaving for the airport. Besides the noise from the nearby construction site, the aircons are not placed in an ideal position and hence there is a draft which can affect a person during sleep. I tried adjusting the fan speed and doing other adjustments but to no avail. Nevertheless, the villas are centrally located and easy to get to the shops and eateries on foot.

Stunning Villas. Good location. The service from the staff was fantastic. Only had one issue as construction was going on next door so was very noisy however the staff switched our villa once another one became available and it was much quieter.
