We stayed here for 4 days and the service throughout was exceptional. Everyone was polite and friendly, and the guest relations team made sure they were on hand to constantly check in with us for any feedback. The hotel itself has very cool vibes and the pool has a super view of the coastal line. Location is also great as it’s smack in between the main seminyak and canggu areas so you don’t get the noise from the large crowds, but aren’t too far away from the action! The only downside is that the walls may be a wee bit thin as we could hear the room doors slamming whenever people got back late but it’s wasn’t a huge issue for us.

Best accommodation for the price in the area. Clean and well kept, friendly staff but can definitely improve on their English skills to communicate better. Close to many beach clubs but one not to miss is 4 min walk to Mari beach club and brunch at watercress café.
