"Check in was easy. Room was ready by 9:15 am. Gorgeous and quaint boutique hotel. Very personal and gentle service. Bags were brought for us across the street to the Apartments. Room was a good size and there was fresh water every day. Shower area was large and very nice. Breakfast was in an elegant room with attentive and friendly service and delicious eggs Benedict and pancakes. Highly recommend. Would stay again for sure."
"We had a room on the 9th floor with a balcony. The room was very clean and comfortable.
We were not happy with the loud music that was played at the rooftop bar until after midnight on Friday and Saturday. We would expect it to be quiet by 10:00 p.m."
"Cons
1. Hairdryer was jammed when we checked in & the head had to be replaced as it was inoperable due to hair jammed into the head of the hairdryer.
2. The website says air-conditioned rooms but staff informed they are air cooled.The first night was very sweaty & uncomfortable to get sleep. Staff asked us to open the window for ventilation.This wasn't an option as this overlooks a highway & lot of traffic noise.
3. The hotel is located in Gais & requires Bolt & Uber for any Porto related...
"The room was wonderful, breakfast was perfect, and staff were so friendly and helpful. There was quite a bit of construction right next door, however, it was only during typical working hours, so no noise concerns at night/early morning!"
