"I canโt say enough about the concierge team! They were able to arrange transfers, boat excursion, taxiโฆanything we needed with just an email. It was all arranged prior to arrival and was perfect. The afternoon terrace lunches were delicious, especially the gin and tonic experience. And the housekeeping staff exceptional. We had a beautiful room, and I would 100% stay here again if we return to Lake Como"

"We loved staying at this property โ everything is always clean and well maintained. Our only complaint is the afternoon restaurant service. When we tried to get a few drinks, the service was extremely slow, and we ended up leaving the property to get drinks somewhere else instead."

"The room was clean but under the bed was very dusty. A handle fell off the door to the balcony. Reported this to reception and it was repaired the same day. Two lights not working in the bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Level of English good when required. Air conditioning excellent. Parking good. Free in the sun. We paid for underground secutr parking. Good breakfast buffet."

"The hotel is located in a good area - about 5 minute walk to Como Borghi train station (which you can arrive to from Milan) and close to a bus stop to get into Como town as well. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great - lots of choice, especially for vegetarians (pastries, yoghurt, fruit, eggs, cereal etc) The room was spacious and clean. We loved being able to use the pool on the rooftop and there are lovely views. It costs โฌ2.50 for pool towels. A perfect base for relaxing and exploring Como too! Thank you for a lovely stay."
