"The Staffs were super attentive and professional ..Facilities were amazing, very confortable bed, clean and modern room. The breakfast was one of the best I have eaten in Bali and Aussie. The only issue was the live music accross the road. ( luckily the music stopped just before 10.30 ish) "

"The hotel is well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. Only thing I didn’t like is the beach. It was dirty. It may not be the responsibility of the hotel to clean the beach. However if they can arrange one person to keep the nearby beach clean, the quality of staying will be greatly improved. I noticed the hotel in the next door is doing the extra cleaning and the beach environment is much better."

"Usually stay at Padma in Legian and was not expecting a lot given how inexpensive the room was but WOW!! Lovely clean modern resort. Staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating. Pool and pool bar spectacular. very reasonably priced room service and in hotel spa treatments. Location was perfect in amongst it all and Sanur is beautiful. Thank you all lovely staff at Swiss-belhotel for making us so welcome 🙏 Will be back."
