They are both assets to the organization and made our stay perfect. I had only one observation in the outdoor dining area on the rooftop. The wait staff did not clean the table from the prior customers before serving me aperitivo."

"This was the perfect base for our short stay in Naples. Super convenient from the train station with plenty of food options nearby. We particularly loved the rooftop terrace which gave us a fantastic view over the city. We were also especially impressed with the service, the person on reception for most of our stay (I think his name was Francesco) was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable and well fitted. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again. "

"This was a great place for me, my husband, and two daughters (ages 6 & 7) during out stay in Naples. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We stayed in the superior apartment (aka value apartment), and it was huge! My daughters loved that there were bunk beds, and the staff even left two small teddy bears for my girls, which they loved! The location was great for walking to so many different restaurants and was only about a 25-30 min taxi ride to/ from the airport. "

"Excellent location in the middle of old town with a bustling piazza on the doorstep BUT is hidden behind so very quiet. Lovely rooftop to enjoy a beer and watch the sunset on Vesuvius. The Underground Tour is close by and v enjoyable along with every type of food and drink"

"The hotel is clean with comfortable bed and white duvet comforter. Nice bathroom with amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Good choice of breakfast. Hotel is 1 block from train station. Neighborhood clean and safe. They can store your luggage and get a taxi for you in minutes. Definitely will stay here again. "
