"Location was really great as it made walking around the town easier. The host was extremely helpful and kind. The front door is inside the courtyard of 18 at the back and to the left, we couldn't see it at first, so this is to make it easier for everyone else."

"This property is in an excellent location, steps away from the metro and shops/restaurants and cafes are all walkable. Although it faces into a busy square, the windows are soundproof and we weren’t bothered on a Saturday night with lots going on. The bedding is luxurious, and the room was spacious and impeccably clean. It was a perfect spot to stay for a night before hopping on the ferry to the coast. Will recommend to our friends and family! Aamiainen oli maukas ja huoneessa oli ilmastointi, mikä teki hyvää helteisellä säällä. Vahva suositus tälle majapaikalle!"

"We arrived late at night and with no instruction from staff as to how to enter the property it was pretty scary, given the neighbourhood. It would have been helpful to have been provided a gate code before check in to ensure we weren't standing outside of the property in the middle of the night for so long."

"Location is amazing! Less than 1.6km (1 mile) to various museums (M.A.N.N) and attractions. If you do not want to haul suitcases around, take Metro Line 1 from Napoli Centrale (Garibaldi) to the (Universita) station, then briefly walk to Inn. Napoli Centrale 🚆 is a 25 minute walk away. Nearby restaurants were plentiful and offered a great selection. "PIN8" restaurant (50m away) is where hotel guests may have a juice and pastry breakfast in the morning for free. "We loved our stay here! Communication was excellent. Our host met us outside the hotel and helped carry in our luggage. He walked us through the room and all of our amenities. He provided water for us daily. He checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and he was always available to answer questions. Our location was perfect. Our room was large with plenty of room for three! We would stay here again!"
