"We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. "Amazing hotel in a museum with beautiful courtyard. Staff was very helpful - carried our luggage up the stairs. Room was spacious and clean. Check-in was difficult to schedule with our schedule because there is not a front desk staffed all the time and entry locked. "

"Nous avons passé 2 nuits à Naples, chez Gemma, hôte très accueillante, aux petits soins pour ses invités, toujours joignable, et qui parle très bien français. Naples est une ville bouillonnante et très bruyante mais une fois dans notre chambre, nous étions au calme ! Notre chambre était spacieuse, très propre, et avec la clim. Le petit déjeuner était somptueux !"

"Stayed here for 4 nights and had a good time. Nice area with many resturants nearby. close to metro that takes you to Napoli centrale where you can reach many places. It is also close to harbours where you can reach islands in the area. The room was very nice, clean and as pictures shown. Really great bathroom with a large shower. Yes there are some stairs to climb but this was not a problem. we knew about it prior to ordering the room. "

"Great hotel, although big, only has a handful of rooms which adds to the personal touch from the staff. The staff is very friendly, patient and helpful. Room is really big and the balcony view is on the Piazza. A lot of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. It is noisy as there are a lot of people in the area at all times of the day and night, but they do supply earbuds to compensate. Bathroom is really clean and new. Bed is also comfortable. "Great two night stay in the heart of Naples. Modern bedroom and bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Very tasty breakfast. Good service from all staff, especially those on the front desk who catered for our every need. Great restaurant recommendations. Great air conditioning as it was very hot in Naples when we stayed. This hotel is truly unique and different, from the entrance doorway and lift to the staircases and outside terrace. It isn't the cheapest hotel, but look no further."
