"Breakfast was great, the staff polite but the ac was broken and the room was 78 degrees an a warm day. The maintenance told me oh this is the older units so it dosent work well. Wow seriously! Staff know this and still books guests in the room he brought me a mobile ac that I had to install in the slider door on the 2nd floor. This town isn’t the safest at night and I was up all night worrying someone could come in the door and kill me ! Called 3 times to speak to upper management about the...

"Breakfast was convenient as it was dropped off at your requested time. The danish were quite good. Ample parking and centrally located. We booked the room with two floors. It was a nice arrangement but one issue is it that it lacked natural light - seems always dim. Maybe it is because our room was located in the corner of the complex? "

Cons.....Waterfall and pool were closed , also didn’t like the fact that we have to call someone or go into bar to ask for ice."
