"Now my favorite hotel in SB. Convenient, quaint, great amenities, has everything you need: filtered water, carbonated water, clean gym, lobby bar with great drinks and snacks. Will now be my go to hotel"

"Pet friendly environment and attentive staff. Room sizing is way smaller than pictured. Could have been a bit more clean, although the rooms are dog-friendly, but there was stains all over the walls underneath the desk and near coffee maker. "

"The staff were wonderful, and we really loved the location. I’m giving an overall 3-star rating because during our three-night stay, the WiFi and TV did not work at all. Someone came to try to fix the issue but was unable to resolve it. We were told maintenance would check on it in the morning, but we never received any updates. Since we were traveling with a toddler, having no TV or WiFi for three days was disappointing and inconvenient. We would have appreciated better communication and some form of accommodation for the inconvenience. Aside from that issue, we did enjoy our time and hope it can be resolved for future guests."

"As soon as we stepped into our ocean view room it was perfect!!! The layout is great, very spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff was amazing Max did a great job detailing everything about the property and Kevin with valet service was very helpful. I definitely recommend having some drinks at Cafe Lido and grabbing breakfast at Costa Kitchen. I will definitely be back soon! Thanks for everything."

"The location was good. However, the receptionist was a total jerk. She immediately said she was the owner and gave us a bit of attitude. The room we stayed in was a mess, it had spiderwebs in every corner. The shower sucked; it was a total mess with water all over the place."

"Super cute hotel with such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly - from valet to the front desk, as well as everyone at the restaurant and bar. I especially loved that they offered a texting option for any requests, which made everything feel so convenient and seamless. The room was spacious with modern furniture and very comfortable beds. The walls were a bit thin, but thankfully it never got too noisy during our stay. Also - the vanilla latte is a must. So good! I’ll definitely be back and would absolutely recommend staying here. "
