"Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly."

"Clean Room Good Parking"

"The room was neat but floors had grit. Shower was a JOKE, hot cold hot cold -water pressure was off & on along with this running together, it was impossible to take a decent shower. You can imagine how we hopped, skipped, & jumped to wash & rinse the bare minimal. Also, I'm not sure if the air turns off & on by itself, but when we came back to our room 4 hours later our air had been turned OFF. I'm just glad we only had to sleep there for two nights. The first night we got in really late, so we...

"The property is well maintained and the staff at the hotel are professional and helpful! It’s nice that they have several restaurant options ."

"My room was both clean and comfortable. A nice sized fridge/freezer, big TV. The staff was always helpful, plenty of parking near my room and a beautiful view of the Sandia mountains to the east. The parking lot is completely fenced-in with electric gates for entry/exit and there is a security officer parked in the lot at night. Great location on the east side of town with a McDonalds next door. Nothing beats a cup of McDonalds coffee in the morning! This was my second stay here within the...

"The room excessively smelled of bleach. I wondered if someone had died and they needed the bleach to remove all the blood. We were woken up after 10pm by people who were given keys to our room as well. Exciting and unique -- lucky we were there and could protect our stuff. Also, the key system was terrible. Any time we wanted to use our keys...

"I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked my stay at Hotel Zazz, but I ended up having so much fun. The location is perfect, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops and not too far from other Albuquerque sites like Old Town. I especially loved hanging out at the Speak Easy in the evenings. Cam was such a great bartender and Sharmin was the perfect hostess. If I’m ever in the area, I know exactly where to stay!"
