"The sheets weren't cleaned properly and the hair from cleaning people or previous guest was still on the sheets. The shower drain was so clogged there was inches of water in tub that just sat. The air conditioner made an awful noise all night long. Usb chargers did not work and bedside lights dint work as well."

"Fridge and coffee in room, no microwave, free complimentary non-alcohol drink available at your leisure around the casino floor, no alcohol allowed while gambling, nice bingo hall with veteran/first responders discount, beautiful pool area and fire pits...drink pricey at pool and they aren't anything fabulous, tried to get room service on sunday-they close room service earlier on Sundays than other nights. The restaurant by check-in desk had delicious food as well as the sports pub. Nice shop by...

"Traveling with a family required 2 rooms. One room was clean and spotless- the other was not very clean. Just traveling through was okay- however I would have asked to inspect the rooms before renting if staying longer than 1 night."

"For breakfast, there were 2 choice of cereal that were stale, 4 slices of bread by a toaster, and a mini waffle maker. There was also coffee. No tea, juice, fruit or any other expected choices."

"The room was ok but unfortunately the shower didn’t have hot water and I could hear like a rat moving all night in the air ventilation. I also used the washer and after the drying cycle I noticed that my clothes were still wet. I had to hang them in my room so they could dry. I informed the lady at the front desk, she seemed annoyed…it was 58 degrees in the morning and I ended up taking a cold shower before leaving. I would say worse hotel experience ever. I pay full price, I expect full...

"This is my 2nd time staying here. I love the location, their breakfast, teas and espresso coffee machine they offer. Rooms have been super clean as well as the hallways. Roof top bar was great as well but needs more staffing as there was a 20 min wait for drinks. But understandable as they did not have enough people. Overall great stay."

"The hotel area is nice. The lobby and bar are great. The rooms are old, humid, and have a stretch."

"One of the elevators were out of service the entire stay, it was a bit slow to get in and out of property. The room was not serviced for the entire trip; not sure why. I asked for towels for the first day and it was never cleaned thereafter. The food and beverage staff was very friendly and helpful. Although the housekeeping staff was not very pleasant or helpful."
