"My staying in Best western hotel it was super nice the staff was friendly and helpful, the villa was perfectly clean but… unit 132 patio sliding glass door it is hard to open and close, the shower it has a good water pressure when is coming out of spout but I think the shower head needs to be change because water pressure is low when we change from spout to shower head and tv Chromecast even when we call maintenance we wasn’t able to watch any of my apps on tv. Minor things, not a big deal but...

"Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold."
