"Terrible experience. I wish we had not prepaid because we would have left after the first night due to their hostile, unhelpful staff. My husband is disabled and we almost missed a very important appointment because of the rude front desk. The general manager used ChatGPT to send a response to my complaint, taking zero accountability for her operation. The whole experience was a nightmare, start to finish."

"Right next to the freeway for easy access. The place was simple but the bathroom had a weird ticking sound in the ceiling. Parking was over full when I got back from my outing so I had to park on the street."
