"I booked a stay at the Garden Street Inn last week, and it was such a lovely experience. I took the Amtrak in and arrived a couple of hours before check-in, but they kindly allowed me to check in early, which was incredibly convenient. The staff was warm, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout my stay. I stayed in the “Ah Louis” room, which was clean, cozy, and comfortable. "I used to stay at this hotel frequently over the past 10 years. The rooms have never changed. They are in desperate need of a remodel. While they are kept clean, you can see that they are poorly maintained. Repairs are very noticeable and unprofessionally done. The carpets are stained and I have to wonder how clean they are.
