"We have stayed multiple times at the Omni, and twice during the holidays. The staff are kind and attentive, loving toward our two young kids, the beds and rooms are comfortable, and we enjoy the free drink with our room. I wish parking was more reasonably priced, but in downtown SF it comes with the territory. The Omni is our favorite hotel in the city!"

"We were in town for an event on Nob Hill so the location was perfect. Hadn't bee to the Top of the Mark in years so it was fun to have a sunset cocktail and enjoy the amazing view. The staff were great and the room was comfortable (also with a great view). There was a minor issue with the bathroom door which couldn't be closed properly. All in all, an enjoyable San Francisco experience."

"Great location near Union Square. Our room was clean and well appointed. Staff was excellent. Parking check in was slow but we arrived at a busy time. Nice that they have valet option with in/out privileges. Although there is no restaurant on site, they have made arrangements with several restaurants nearby to offer discounts. Just show your keycard. Nice touch! We have another favorite place to stay in SF. "
