"The staff was very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. The location is a little off to the side and in more of a financial district, we stayed over a weekend when all the offices were closed so we felt a little unsafe walking at night. Also it was about a 20-25 minute to the louvre and main area. During the day it is really safe to walk around and we walked everywhere. "The staff is amazing ! Santiago , is so knowledgeable! Excellent communication in English and Spanish ! Polite , curtioys and knowledgeable! Fernando the chef is a great cook ! Breakfasts are awesome for a boytique hitel ! The pool us amazing , be sure to book a private sesion at evenings. Facilities , are goid . The hotel goes the extra mile.
