"The lobby area is beautiful and looks recently updated. We did not get to use the outdoor pool during our stay because it was chilly but it was a gorgeous pool. Indoor pool was busy and also had a hot tub. The rooms seemed outdated - the carpet, design and bathrooms were older and didn’t match the modern design in the lobby. "Basic room and bathroom but clean. Pillows are a joke! Bar is odd - you have to que up and go to the side to get served - ie they won’t serve you from the bar stool !! Breakfast is very busy, food is ok. Staff try hard in which must be a difficult job as most people are like locusts running around the food area like a race track. Not the best experience but that’s not the hotels fault. Lights in the evening are nice so is the entertainment for children."

"The hotel is located in a great area, close to St Germain boulevard and the metro. Lots of great restaurants , historic landmarks and shopping. The people at the front desk ( Adam especially) were very helpful and professional. The hotel is very clean, modern and quiet. The shower was amazing and the bed very comfortable! "The only problem with this property is that Wi-Fi; it did not work and for the entire stay we were there (4 nights and 5 days), the property did not bother to fix it. Not sure this is a France problem, but having to rely on your roaming while traveling international country, it was problematic. If you have to work while traveling, avoid this hotel--I believe some other traveler had the similar review."
