"The hotel is in a great location. The pool is lovely. Staff were helpful. The room was only cleanish. Bedding and everything was clean, but a lot of dust and missed bits. The drains were clogged. The worst thing was no room service. Even with a a kitchenette, in a hotel I expect them to clean. This is likely why things had slipped."

"The rooms were clean and tidy. The superior room was a good size for two travelers with two carry-ons and two backpacks. The staff is very attentive and polite. The air conditioning worked well in the hotel as well as our room. I loved the unlimited coffee and water. They have a water tap for refillable water bottles. The teatime in the evening with the cakes is another excellent benefit of staying in here. If I return would stay here again."
