"Our stay at this hotel was incredibly frustrating from start to finish due to poor communication, rude staff, and constant inconvenience. When we arrived, the front desk told us our room would “take a while” to be ready, but no one clearly explained that we wouldn’t actually get our room until 4 PM. Instead, they kept making us wait for nearly three hours, and every time we asked for an update, they would just say, “Let me check,” without giving us a real answer. No one suggested we come back...

"Enjoying the Caribbean is always a crap shoot, Oyster Bay at this time of year was definitely a mix of good and bad. The counter staff was horrible but the bar and cleaning crews were so great!!!! I think this was the first time I have been hung up on in years but the actual staff that did the work were amazing. Poor customer service but great service, if that makes sense. If you want to relax this is the place, if you’re looking for a little action I don’t recommend Oyster Bay at this time of...

"We had a great view. The room was as pictured. We had a lovely balcony. The staff was very helpful. Dinner onsite was good but preferred to go to the dutch side to eat."

"The hotel promotes breakfast included but this was such a dissapointment. Plain coffee, no juice, very minimal bread, ceral croissonts. Such a dissapointment on top of the beach being un-usable due to the sargassum. This could have been an area to make it up to guests and they failed here. "
