"Great experience! Greeters were well knowledgeable and warming. Room was tidy and played out nicely. Meals were wonderful! We stayed 5 days and had the room tidied halfway through and it was Nicely made up. Highly recommend!"

"My daughter and I always stay at the Menger when we go to San Antonio. It is our favorite Hotel . It has became our tradition. Walk and explore the halls looking or ghosts. The front desk is always polite and helpful. Maid service is always spot on. Its just a fun , historic Hotel. We will continue coming . "

"Overall it was good. My stay there was for 2 nights and I requested to make up my room after the first night. They said we do it after every 3 nights so they will pick up the trash and put fresh towels but will not make up the whole room. This was the only area of improvement other than that everything was upto the mark. "

"Loved everything about the property! We stayed one night between other Hill Country stops and it felt like were there longer than one night. Great crowd, lots of activities for kids and we still managed to have some time to relax by the pool. Plenty of chairs on weekdays, can’t say how crowded it is on weekends. Loved the layout of the hotel and the accessibility to amenities being close to the room. The water slides, pool and lazy river were top tier for a hotel. Pricey food and drinks but worth the cost for the atmosphere. If we stayed longer, we would probably eat some meals in our room. Even at dinner time most people were dressed casual and enjoying drinks and games. I appreciated the option to dress up for dinner or be laid back after a long week of summer activities."

"This hotel had incredibly clean rooms. They smelled impeccable! They only have one washer and dryer for the entire hotel and there was a line of people who needed to wash and dry. There is a rude man who was at the breakfast bar when it was closing telling who can and can’t get breakfast. Other than that this was a really nice hotel. I would stay again. "

"Our family really enjoyed our stay. From check in to check out the staff was very attentive. Housekeeping came each day to make sure we didn’t need anything and to straighten up without hesitation."
