"Great staff, service, and convenient"

"Clean rooms. Clean floors. Love the fridge and microwave in the room option. You do have to go to the first floor to ice but that’s ok. Pillows SUPER comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small but manageable. I love the shelving in the shower and shower toiletries. Plenty of closet space. Tv was amazing size. "

"We arrived and were greeted upon arrival. Check in went smooth and the staff was very friendly. We headed to the room (17th floor the very top floor). Once arrived in the room. It was very clean. A tad crowded with furniture. Every room has a small patio. We checked it out. The rails for the patios are not very secure as the rails are very loose. We headed back inside and relaxed for a bit before we headed to an event. The whole reason for booking the hotel. We headed to the event and when event came back. We were greeted upon arrival. The beds are comfortable and we were able to sleep. I would say the only downfall is one could hear the traffic but I also feel that is because the location is near major road. I would stay here again. 8/10 "

"When we arrived, it was early and needed to wait for a room to come available. Not an issue and many others were waiting in the lobby for the same reason. The problem came when I was still waiting for a room to come available when new people were coming in and the staff was checking them into rooms. When I heard him do it 3 times in a row, I walked up to ask if I could also please have a room and he told me nothing was available? And then immediately gave someone else a room. Magically, a room was available 30 seconds later for me. The pool hours were to be open until 10, the doors to the pool were locked at 9. We used the grill on the rooftop and needed plates and tongs. We went to the lobby to request these items. They refused to give them to us but instead had them brought up to us. Okay, that’s fine, but nobody ever brought them so we had to use a plastic fork to flip burgers. Overall just wasn’t impressed with the hotel. Nice area of town and felt safe but for the money spent I feel like we would have been better off elsewhere."

"Our week at The Neighborhood was really great. The location, the variety of both take-out and eat-in restaurants was great. The room was clean and had a well equipped kitchen with very nice coffee pot and coffee. When we requested more creamer it was delivered to our door. We will definitely stay here again. Twenty minutes to Midway Airport on a Sunday morning!!"
