"When we arrived, it was early and needed to wait for a room to come available. Not an issue and many others were waiting in the lobby for the same reason. The problem came when I was still waiting for a room to come available when new people were coming in and the staff was checking them into rooms. When I heard him do it 3 times in a row, I walked up to ask if I could also please have a room and he told me nothing was available? And then immediately gave someone else a room.
