"Loved our stay here. Very clean and self check in was actually quite easy. Thers a single washer and dryer downstairs but also a laundromat around the corner. Also a Family Mart attached tp the building - great for coffee and breakfast. Quad room is a bit tight at night but very doable with some organzation. Location is perfect - in a quiet srea but only a few minutes to get to the populated shopping area."

No free amenities though like free toothbrush etc, no front desk usually but we got there around 3 which is check in time so i assume they will have someone there around that time to direct you what to do. They have self storage if you need to leave luggage early or late from check out. Definitely perfect for families, dining...

"Really nice hotel near the river in Kyoto. Room was very nice and spacious enough for 3 of us in a room. Modern design and has all the things you'd expect from a hotel room. Check-in/check-out was also easy, and staff are very helpful with any questions/issues like luggage forwarding, reserving something, etc. Has several of shops and restaurants nearby, and close to many locales like Pontocho Alley and Kamo River. About a 6-7 min walk to subway station, and closer for a bus stop. Only gripe would maybe be no coin laundry in the hotel, but there is a good coin laundromat nearby the hotel (2-3 min walk). "
