"I loved the feel of a home without having 1 room for everything except bathroom. My only problems were 1 never saw a door like that so had no idea how to put in the code, thats on me lol, and 2 daughter had a medical procedure while there and I didn't think ahead to that to realize she shouldn't have been going up and down stairs, but thats on me too. I loved the whole place."

"The apartment is very nice and very well appointed. Actually, I would reserve it again. The problem was that the code for entering did not arrive on time. And I was not able to get it resolved with the phone contact provided until the next day. Had to go to a hotel the first night When booking, make sure you get the code ahead of time. Otherwise very nice stay"

"Family of 4 (2 teenagers), 4 night,. Location, price, size, kitchen, w/d, and free parking were the perks. As others have noted, cleanliness is a serious issue. Upon check-in, we found multiple dead bugs in both upstairs beds, a heavily stained comforter in the downstairs bed, a filthy toilet, and sawdust on the kitchen and bathroom floor. The kitchen window was open even though it was over 90 degrees outside. A bag with sofa bed sheets was stuffed with sheets that weren't folded and we couldn't...

"Place was nice. Clean. Curtains in the living room had been damaged by previous guests and had not been repaired. The people that live in the apartment directly above this on gets up every morning at 7 and stomps around for about a hour. Workout routine maybe. "The owner was very easy to communicate with. The place was absolutely gorgeous and very clean when we arrived. It is in a gated complex which also made it feel safe. It did not look like any of the pictures though. Also our unit had an extra bedroom then we expected. "

"Our stay started off bad . The key was not left where the check in instructions stated. After an hour of waiting in the car with my kids , a help ticket , and a few phone calls to the help line we finally got different instructions and retrieved the key . Once the apartment was accessed, my child took a shower and the apartment smelled as if there was a sewage leak. We basically treated all the drains in the house with hot soap and water and the smell went away . I did enter in a few help...

Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well.
