The hotel staff said that they reached out through Expedia to send us at least two separate messages talking about the soccer game and that we would not have parking. "The Abbey Residence is located in a more residential part of Edinburgh, but its steps away from a bus stop that takes your right into the city center. What sets this place apart is the amazing customer service. The staff was so accommodating to any need, and absolutely friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect place to get over jet lag as I embarked on a one-month vacation of the U.K. It’s a couple of miles outside of town, and the bus to downtown stops right in front of the house, which was perfect.
