Convenient to Edinburgh city centre without all the hustle and the bustle. Only dealt with reception staff, sorry cant remember his name but I've been to numerous hotels and this gentleman was by far the most pleasant and helpful in all my experiences

Lovely hotel, quiet, clean, the lady on reception was very helpful. Would stay here again, but on lower floor as i struggled with stairs.

Good value accommodation

Pleased overall with our stay. Ensuite was rather 'tight' but plenty of hot water and toiletries. Large double bed was a bit too soft for us. Overall well situated with easy access to the city with an excellent bus service. A big bonus was the free parking.
