"Lovely room, very clean and generously sized. Bay window looked out onto the road and views of the Murrayfield Stadium. Unfortunately the whole room shakes whenever any bus or large vehicle travels down the road. Trying to sleep with a shaking bed took some getting used to. Breakfast was disappointing. "The staff keep this place alive. The front desk man was the best thing about this hotel. This hotel needs lots of tlc inside and out, run down outside, dirty broken pinic tables, needs yard work weeds, old worn carpet at the front door. The grass is overgrown near the front door you can see junk piled up thru glass doors, beds leaning against the glass. Sad really for the pric. The inside is better however dated and needs lots of help better painting in the rooms, holes in the walls fixed...
