"My wife and I had never been to Rome. This location, great! The breakfast, amazing as previously reviewed before we booked. The best fresh squeezed orange juice and a great room/deck for breakfast. Probably one of the nicest ones we had in our 2 week Italy trip. The rooms, clean but nothing fancy. Very close to the Colosseum and great restaurants. We loved the neighborhood it was in and location to all the landmarks. I would stay here again and felt safe, clean, and well taken care of. Of note,...

"The lady at the front desk was lovely. It was great that they had a small elevator to get upstairs so we didn’t have to carry our luggage up. The soaker tub in the room was a plus, we used it to soak our legs after tons of walking in Rome. Convenient location being very close to the Colosseum. Shower was spacious and good water pressure. Bed was comfy. Complimentary water in the fridge was great. "

"Our first stay there a week prior was fantastic. This time it was in a room w plumbing issues, which ran all night and the drains did not drain in the morning. That room should have never been used until the plumbing was fixed."

"Anthoni was so kind and his breakfast was amazing!! The bed was VERY comfortable and the location was perfect. Only downside is that the AC unit did not get cold enough and there was no airflow in the room so it was very hot at night. The plumbing in the bathroom also had a bad smell that was pungent. Overall a great experience and again, the host Anthoni was very welcoming and you can tell he really cares about his guests. We stayed only one night."
