"I would highly recommend Kolbe Hotel if you are looking to visit the ancient parts of Rome. It is centrally located and convenient to bus lines. We had a great room looking onto the courtyard in back. The staff is wonderful and everyone we meet spoke English. They are very knowledgeable of the area and the easiest way to get to various sites. "

"The front desk staff were lovely people with great personalities. Top shelf! A doorman always watched the entrance The restaurant up top had the most incredible fires of Rome breathtaking A two plate dinner of less than mediocre food at five star prices But I would do it again for the view! The rooms great beds and linens No regular maid service All the metal doors and all bathroom felt like a prison No phone like a hotel for departments just regular phone. We only had housekeeping...

"At first glance, the room seem very old and out of date. The furniture was old and worn. The decor the same. But, almost everything works and the bed was comfortable. The shower door leaks. Housekeeping only left us one set of paper cups and one box of tissues. Wouldn't be replaced if you run out. Room amenities are minimal. It was nice that they have 24 hour front desk service. It was comforting to know that if your taxi doesn't show up at 3am, there is someone who could help you...

"I chose this hotel specifically because it had a free airport shuttle but upon checking in they informed me that they no longer had a shuttle and that I could call at cab at my own expense. The hotel was expensive so in my opinion it was not worth the money to stay there."

"This spot is in a great location. Very close to many of the main attractions in Rome. Laura, the host, was very communicative and helpful. Bed wasn’t the comfiest but got the job done. The lift was not working, not a super tough climb up the stairs but not ideal. The stairwell is also very dark at night. Checkout is listed as 10:30 but we came back at 10 and there were already cleaners in our room and had left our bags out in the hall…"

"Perfect location for tourism. Close walking distance to many key sights. Though on the busy via Corso my inner facing room was peaceful. The room itself (202) was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times. In short, a great place to stay"

"It is a little Hotel but It has all necessary to spent a wonderful days, super location, we gone to walk to F de Trevy, Pantheon, P Navona, in front the Victor Manuel monument and a lot of Restaurants !"

"Everyone was extremely welcoming and accommodating! From contacting us after we booked to helping us get a driver to pick us up at the airport and take us to our port was amazing!
