Upon checking in and getting out keys, we entered our locked room, and the lights were all off but there was an employee in the back bedroom with the lights off who didn’t say anything until we asked who was there and he said he was programming the remote. Was startling to walk in to that environment and left us wondering if someone would be in our room again unexpectedly."
