"The idea is very good, but it needs some serious improvements.
The check-in process is not clear. The emails I received only said that it was 24/7, but they didn’t provide a contact number or explain how to get the check-in information. On the door there’s just a sticker saying to knock. I stood there knocking and double- and triple-checking the instructions in the cold wind and light rain until another guest arrived, let me in, and gave me the WhatsApp number to get the access details.
