The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"This hotel was affordable for a couple of nights in London, close to a tube station, handy shops and some nice places to eat. Our room was a little outdated, but tidy and a decent size BUT there were a few hairs on the bedding and a strange smell in the room which meant we kept needing to open the window to air it out which made us cold. The staff were friendly and we stored luggage after check out. Overall it was a nice stay and a good price, but could improve on cleanliness."

"Overall I had a good stay. You’re definitely paying for the location. It’s awesome! You’re right by the national history museum, and I could easily jump on the underground and get to all the sights really quickly. I had the single (twin bed) room. It was small, but functional.
