"We stayed for one night for our wedding anniversary whilst attending a concert at Hampton Court. The hotel is perfect. Quiet location - very attentive staff - exceptionally clean - large carpark. The hotel upgraded us and decorated our room which was lovely. Breakfast was of a high standard with loads of choice - well cooked and tasty. The pool was just right for a gentle swim and the terrace a great place to unwind. We will definitely return thank you. "

"This was our 3rd visit to the hotel which we use when visiting our daughter who lives in Wimbledon. Lovely location, but the only thing I find disappointing is that the rooms aren't very soundproof (no double glazing and creaky floorboards). We had booked a room with a garden view, but they put us overlooking the car park again, although 'upgraded' us to a slightly bigger room with a Nespresso machine. "Lovely friendly and accommodating staff. Bed comfy and room had everything we needed. Small touches like like pillow mist and high quality bathroom bathroom and tea/coffee products very good. Bathroom and bedroom flooring was a bit tired and could do with refresh. Great location for Hampton court and Kingston. Overall would def recommend."

"There are so many wonderful things to say about the property. The room was clean, lovely and looked just like the photos. The staff was super friendly and the french toast and drinks were delicious. The area is proximate to central London. Sometimes we took the Tube, others we rented bikes. London has many bike lanes, so we felt comfortable riding. The Chiswick area is super cute. The main strip has tons of shops, restaurants and pubs. The flower stands were gorgeous! Lookimg forward to staying...

"Lovely little hotel with good bus line to nearby Richmond. The booking was a bit misleading as it says Richmond but is actually in Kew across from the lovely Kew Gardens. Richmond is a 10 minute bus drive away. Very nice service, cozy environment. I like Young’s Hotels because they feel like part of the neighborhood. "

"Property was great . The 394$ mandatory cleaning fee that wasn’t mentioned was not great. I only stayed 2 nights so it was like adding another charge for an extra day. This cost should have been mentioned up front with all related fees. Not ok! "

"We enjoyed a relaxing stay at the Mitre. The room was comfortable and we were pleased to have a fan during such hot weather.It is convenient for the station with a direct service to Waterloo. The Mitre is opposite Hampton Court Palace which is always worth a visit "

"Everything was great apart from the Wi-Fi which is not good enough to stream anything and signal doesn’t reach all rooms. I’d recommend investment in this so that all rooms have good signal and the speed is sufficient for streaming."

"This property suited our Olympia needs and the bar and bar staff were excellent, the room we booked for 2 nights was ok but a lack of cold water in the bathroom due to the cold water tank being on the roof needs looking into. "

"Overall my stay was good! I did book last minute and the only room available was very small and did not have a standup shower. The bed was confortable though and service was top notch. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. "

"This was a great place to come home to every evening after being among the crowds in London. It is in a quiet residential community just off the river right across the bridge from Hammersmith tube station - which you can get anywhere from. It was small but very clean - nice fluffy big towels, towel warmer and clean fresh bedding. The room was above a pub so we were worried about noise but there was very little. Highly recommend!"

"Service was excellent. Breakfast was great. They had work going on to the hotel which meant Disable Parking was suspended but parked in a secure car park 2 mins walk away. No problem. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it. "
