"The hotel is literally beside (next door) the Batam Centre ferry terminal, so it was very convenient for us. And Mega Mall is just opposite the hotel. It is also very easy and convenient to go places with GrabCar. We enjoyed our stay at Harris Hotel Batam Centre (first time in a hotel with bolsters which help with good sleep 😅) and the good service and hospitality of its staff. We will not hesitate to stay here again. "

"I had a lovely mother-daughter weekend. At first, the hotel was so quiet we thought it was nearly empty until we went to breakfast. The spa was great, the beachfront was very clean, and most of all the staff were so hospitable. They were so caring and made you feel very welcome.
