"We arrived early at the property and were able to use our room before 2pm...the staff were extremely welcoming and very friendly. The room itself was very comfortable and clean with a lovely en suite...it was perfect for our overnight stay and an easy walking distance from Cardiff city centre. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back again"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Mark and Karen were superb hosts and clearly take pride and care in providing a great experience for their guests, Everything, from the warm welcome to the super comfortable and pristine room and the tasty, well presented breakfast was top notch. "Nice and centrally located hotel. Room was nice and spacious with Tea and Coffee making facilities, TV and a bathroom with shower. Everything one needs for a stay. Centre of town only 10 Minutes away on foot. Easy and fast check-in and out! "

"It was a lovely stay, just one night before a day at bike park wales. I was told to leave the bike in the hall way and it was fine there. Parking was tight with a bike rack on so i dropped it to get the car over as far as i could. The room was beautifully decorated, bed comfy, shower amazing and the whole place was quiet. "

"The staff were polite and friendly, the facilities were well kept. The only down side I found that there wasn’t any information beforehand regarding the non supply of towels. the sheets and duvet were damp to the touch as well."

"The room was very clean, beds comfy, en suite was nice and clean, huge TV, WIFI was brilliant, fridge was a nice touch as was tea. Coffee and biscuits, there was also nice soft towels and toiletries. On the down side I didn’t see a single member off staff or another guest, didn’t really think much to the key box check in. There was no restaurant or guest TV room. The street is very scruffy and rubbish strew all over the road."
