"We had a great stay. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite with a mountain view. The hotel is located right at the base of the mountain in the village. The Longhorn Saloon is right next door so expect to hear thumping music until 10 pm. The hotel provided ear plugs for this. The hot tub was a great addition although you can only book it for 30 mins, but gives you privacy."

"The property was nice but service cold and unfriendly. Mentioned the stay was for a birthday celebration, the front desk person that checked us in didn’t even say happy birthday. I also mentioned I was a Hilton Honours member, no recognition of that either, only to see a sign at the other check in/out desk the day after (already at checkout), that welcome drinks are offered for members. Really poor service overall."

"The best thing is the height of the underground garage for tall vehicles and it is heated also. They have a ski storage room at the lobby. Two blocks from the Whistler base gondolas!! Friendly, helpful staff. I have stayed there many times over the last 20 years."

I love walking into the room with relaxing music playing and the fireplace already on, it’s a really welcoming touch. They do their best to accommodate early check-in and late checkout, which I really appreciate. It may not be the fanciest hotel in Whistler, but it’s definitely one of the best. "Hotel location was perfect, across the road from the village walk. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony. Check in was super fast and all the staff were very friendly. Room was really nice, loved the fire place. Would stay here again and highly recommended to friends and family! "

"It’s overall a good hotel for the price. We just happen to visit at the same time with a bunch of highschool band kids… lots of noise all the way till night. And probably one of them burned something in the morning so the fire alarm went off and the whole building had to evacuate at like 7:50am. The front desk staff was amazing and efficient in the check in, though. The room has a fire place and a kitchenette which is always nice and welcomed, but the room was quite drying - had to get up...

"The view from the room was lovely to wake up to. It's a 10 minute drive into the resort and so it's a great spot to sleep between skis, but the life if elsewhere."
