"Fantastic location to get into Central London - the tube is about 200m from the hotel, but it's still in a quiet area tucked away from the main road. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful, the hotel was clean & the parking was great. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good value.
Our room was one of the older ones in the property, so it was very tired and needed some updating - that said, it has all the amenities you'd need, it was clean, and everything worked! It was extremely warm as we stayed during the heatwave, but they did provide a tower fan.
We'd definitely stay again, would 1000% recommend this as an affordable option for London - the Elizabeth line takes you straight in to Central within about 30-40 minutes. We had a brilliant stay!"
"The air conditioning was amazing in the recent heat wave. The room was nice and big. Only downside was the internet in the room was so poor non existent even."
"Having stayed on one of hottest days of year the air conditioning in bedrooms was extremely welcome and efficient. I thought uk king size beds would be standard in hotels. Not used to a double bed but it was clean and comfortable. Bathroom spotless but struggled to access the shower over bath as you had to step in onto slope at end of bath. If you have even a minor disability then try to get an accessible room..
The pool was a good size and well maintained as was gym. Good sized pool towels.
Breakfast varied and plentiful and staff friendly and helpful. Expensive parking. Would have been good if discounted for hotel guests.
However these were personal niggles and it was a good value hotel and we would not hesitate to stay again."
