"There was no microwave in the room, and they could not accommodate the guests by putting one in the reception area. They kept giving excuses while other hotels in the area like holiday inn have microwave in their rooms. They refused to clean the room while staying for 5 days. Never stay here again."

"5 Star quality for 2 star price, what more could you ask for? Spotless rooms very well equipped even have a fridge which is a rare comodity. decent breakfast also included, if you need quality decent priced stay in London this is the place to go."

"We had a great stay at Premier Inn London Dagenham. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. The property is well maintained and kept very clean, and our room was comfortable and spotless. Everything felt organized and taken care of, which made the stay smooth and stress free. "I stayed here for one night as a solo traveller. On arrival they asked for ID, which I found a bit unusual, and then sent a link asking for credit card details to cover any potential damages. I understand why hotels do this, but it did feel a bit impersonal. The location is good and there’s plenty of parking, which is a big plus.
