"I stayed here for one night as a solo traveller. On arrival they asked for ID, which I found a bit unusual, and then sent a link asking for credit card details to cover any potential damages. I understand why hotels do this, but it did feel a bit impersonal. The location is good and there’s plenty of parking, which is a big plus. The reception area looks nice and the room had a fridge, which was useful. The air conditioning worked fine. The room itself was a bit of a disappointment compared...

"There was no microwave in the room, and they could not accommodate the guests by putting one in the reception area. They kept giving excuses while other hotels in the area like holiday inn have microwave in their rooms. They refused to clean the room while staying for 5 days. Never stay here again."

"Very clean , parking great , staff on arrival very friendly . Property quite basic only thing I would have expected would have been glasses, possibly shampoo etc. all in all I would use again "

"We had a great stay at Premier Inn London Dagenham. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. The property is well maintained and kept very clean, and our room was comfortable and spotless. Everything felt organized and taken care of, which made the stay smooth and stress free. The location was convenient as well, with good access to transport and nearby amenities. The only small suggestion would be to add an in room safe for keeping personal belongings secure....

"Shower & toilet / basin room was clean.Shower was excellent. Towels provided. Very basic no frills but was perfect for my needs. Tea / coffee making facilities, tv , microwave & fridge all provided. Carpet & mattress could do with updating. Was quiet & had a good nights sleep. "

"5 Star quality for 2 star price, what more could you ask for? Spotless rooms very well equipped even have a fridge which is a rare comodity. decent breakfast also included, if you need quality decent priced stay in London this is the place to go."

You think they would say welcome back mr Di@@er but it’s always the same ! This is a solid Irish old boys pub ! Not for the faint hearted ! I love it but please be more welcoming "
