"Amazing "

"Very Clean. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff is amazing. Kids club is very small and kids over 4 or 5 probably arent going to like it. Not much at all for kids to do. No swim up bar is kinda weird but staff are pretty attentive to being you drinks by the pool and nothing on site for evening entertainment. Nothing for shade in the main pool. We did all inclusive but if you didn’t, the prices are pretty outrageous. Have to either sign for your drinks and food or scan your bracelet every time was a small annoyance. At check in they take a 10000-14000 peso deposit, so make sure you have some room on your credit card. I’ve never had to leave such a large deposit. Room key is on your bracelet which is awesome and you don’t have to mess with towel cards which was great. Just use as many towels as you want and exchange them whenever. Wasn’t much of an issue to get chairs beside the pool. Has a super quiet low key spa type vibe. If that’s what you’re going for then this may be the place for you. Overall a good experience with good food. Had an enjoyable trip but probably won’t be back."

"This was our first stay at a 5-star hotel like this and I couldn't say better things about it. The service was incredible, our butters Ana & Sergio where just incredible. Awnsering every question we had, fulling dreams, and setting up surprises. The hotel was a little confusing to navigate with the several locations and properties around the palladium area, but staff as well as the butters had us covered in no time. The drinks at the several bars across the bar where just incredible, bartenders super patient as well as mixing some of the best cocktails i've ever had. All the bars where using only top shelf liquor if not something very close to it. All I gotta say is I will be coming back most definitely, I loved this resort even more then I could have ever imagined and it had treated us so well for me and my girlfriends 3 year anniversary. Thank you to everyone who had hosted us."

"Helpful staff and kind, but not anticipating your needs in a way that would exemplify excellent resort service. Some conflicting information when questions were asked related to dietary restrictions with dining - concierge gave different/unclear answers than the food & beverage director who ultimately had the correct information. The property does have halal chicken supplied throughout the resort which was a huge deciding factor for us choosing this resort/line. The kitchens will even cook food on separate surfaces to avoid contamination; however, the waiters and resort staff+concierge were not educated on this, and it must be coordinated through the F&B director at the beginning of your stay or prior to your stay (through hone or email - highly recommend getting commitments in writing). Cannot be marketed as halal resort due to mixed meats, but the chicken sourced is halal certified and certification can be provided upon request. this information is relevant as of our stay in April 2026 in case they change providers in future - always good to check prior to your stay. Resort layout 10/10 - isolated areas for whatever experience you're looking for (party vs. family or both!) - kids club was a great experience for our 3 year old. Many kids clubs in cancun resorts start at age four so having a 3.5 year old, the min. age being 3 here was a deciding factor for us. Activities daily that we enjoyed participating in. Overall plan to return in future!!"

"The Good:The resort and rooms are absolutely stunning with a true 5-star aesthetic. The property is visually beautiful and well-maintained. The Not-So-Good: Kid-Friendliness: A huge miss for parents. Pool service (food/drinks) doesn’t start until 11:00 AM. We were there by 9:00 AM, and by the time food arrived, the kids were hangry. Even towels and water are DIY until 11:00 AM. Dining: Food quality was "meh" at best. On the all-inclusive plan, drinks were watered down, though tipping generously helped. Arrival Logistics: Check-in was slow and frustrating; staff seemed indifferent to restless kids after a long flight. Transfers: The paid "private" airport transfer was disappointing. It functioned like a shuttle rather than an assigned driver, leading to more unnecessary waiting. Verdict: Beautiful resort, but the service logistics and rigid hours made it difficult for families with young children"

"Been traveling to all inclusive resorts for 20+ years. This may be the best one yet if you like a chill experience. Never have I encountered a more friendly and helpful staff. Food is excellent with many options. Beach is beautiful as are the pools. A food truck serves probably the best tacos I've ever eaten. There are only 109 rooms so if you prefer a larger resort this is not for you. A vacation to remember! Oh...and the rooms are really spacious and beautiful 😍"

"The food at every restaurant including the Cafe was incredible, by far the best food at any all inclusive I've stayed at Staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Pools and beach were great. Only knock was mini bar replenishment, arrived Thursday and had a few beverages out of it and after multiple requests it was finally replenished Saturday."
