"Everything wonderful "

"We found the room to be clean; however, the furniture was heavily stained and in need of updating. There was no hot tub on the property, which was disappointing. The tennis and pickleball courts were the worst I’ve ever played on. The surface was a mix of sand and grass, which prevented the pickleball from bouncing properly and made it unsafe to run on. They need to convert at least one of the courts to a real Pickleball court, and resurface the tennis court. The staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. However, we did not receive enough information about the activities available—especially adult evening activities—which made it difficult to fully enjoy what the resort had to offer. Additionally, due to the way restaurant reservations are set up, it is very unlikely that you’ll be able to dine at one of the specialty restaurants on your first night. Instead, you are directed to the buffet, which is only appealing for one visit at most - and that should be breakfast "

"Amazing staff, great food, fun events going on, etc. The only real downside is the beach. It’s full of seaweed even at the time of year when it’s supposed to be at its lowest level. If you don’t mind not having a swimmable beach everything is perfect."

"This was the original Excellence, so it is a bit dated. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am allergic to gluten, so there were limited options, especially desserts. The chef in the Excellence Club was outstanding and made GF French toast for me every morning. The spa was gorgeous. "

"We had an ocean front suite, and it was perfect. Very private balcony and a beautiful view. The staff at this property couldn't be better. Everyone from check in, waiters, beach service, hostess, maids, bartenders, concierge. Everyone was so nice and attentive. This was our 2nd visit to this resort, and we do plan to return. "

"Pools and beach bars were nice. There was shade in the main pool which was very nice for us. Drinks were made well. Spa was incredible. Staff were friendly and caring. Food was ok at best. À la carte service was slow and food was less than average for very long waits. Hallways were noisy in the mornings with cleaning carts running back and fourth. Overall we will not return but it was not terrible. "
