"You get what you pay for. Our airport pickup included a good 5-8 minute walk with all of our luggage. The apartment itself is decent with enough bedding and items to use in the kitchen. The furniture itself is a little outdated, the couch was pretty dirty and uncomfortable. The pool is not very clean, it has cloudy water and tile with algae. The pool chairs were dirty, not like in the pictures. Full of stains, crumbs and empty beer bottles lying around. There was also no water in the apartment...

"Did not get the room I booked. Booked balcony room but got ground level. WiFi was terrible and went out constantly. Couldn’t even utilize outside the room on my phone. "muy buen hotel aunque no esta del todo abierto , lo que tiene muy bueno , buenas piscinas , buen personal , buena comida aunque mejoraria la temperatura de la comida del buffet. Los tv del cuarto no tienen señal y el wifi despues del 3 dia estaba dando problemas. Pero en general lo recomiendo se que va ser de los mejores en Punta Cana!!!"

"ur stay was okay. The rooms were dated. We stayed in the adult only side and there were very few places to eat. It's also not ALL inclusive. You have to pay for ala carte places to eat and most were on the family side. No swim up bar at the adult side pool. The green fee at the golf course was free but they did not accept cash in a lot of places and the cart rental was extremely high per person as well as the club rental. We had one waitress named Maria in the adult buffet that was FANTASTIC."

"The room was clean but they did not provide enough towels for the amount of guests and they did not have any face wash. I had a swim up pool, unable to enjoy it as much I would have liked because of so much mosquitos. The liquor was practically watered down and the food was not to my liking. Some workers were enjoyable and made us feel welcomed but some look miserable. Not going back but it was an experience."

"My husband and I stayed 5 days and 4 nights. The hotel is nice, staff is nice as well however most of them don’t speak English so communication was a bit difficult. The beach was full of seaweed and smelled like the literal sewer so we could not even swim in the water, we just mostly stayed by the pool area. The restaurants are all by reservation only, if you don’t have a reservation then you cannot go. The food was just ok, nothing too special however the buffet on the family side was great....
