"Hotel needs a spruce up in places and basic. However still great value for the price paid. Staff go out if their way to check your stay is enjoyable. Easy access to Brighton sea front - 30 min walk or few stops on bus with bus stop directly outside property. Fred parking was a massive bonus for trip to Brighton for the day. "

"Was for a night after going for a charity fundraiser event so just need a place to stay after. Layout of the hotel is easy to navigate. Reception and cafe staff were friendly. Hotel was very clean and so was the room. ( Stairs were being mopped. Please put a wet floor sign at the top of the flight as would be a bit late if someone fell to the bottom) Hotel feels like it's stuck over 10yrs+ ago with Banksy canvases everywhere. But for a night stay it's perfect, if your not worried about a squeaky bed😂 Also the orange and bergamot hand and body wash in the dispensers smelt like bacon crisps. Would happily stay again if I'm looking for a budget hotel but will use my own shower gel. Breakfast was lovely after a night out. Full English (buffet) and continental availabile. "
